Founder

Mission Forward Consulting was founded by Arlene Sandoval, a nonprofit strategist and grant consultant with hands-on experience in nonprofit formation, behavioral health program development, and funding strategy.

Through her work supporting nonprofit startups and community-based initiatives, Arlene recognized a consistent need for structured, expert guidance during the earliest stages of nonprofit development. Mission Forward Consulting was created to provide that support — helping founders move from vision to compliant, fundable organizations.
